At RainSisters, we want you to feel confident in your floral waterproof coat; if your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your coat and place it back in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected and crease-free during transit.
Ship the Item
Send the package using a trackable shipping service of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned garment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
